AxcessPointe Health System Celebrates 20 Years of Caring for Our Communities
This Friday, September 25, 2026, AxcessPointe Health System (APHS) will celebrate a major milestone: 20 years of providing compassionate, accessible health care to individuals and families across the region.
For two decades, APHS has worked to make quality health care more accessible while responding to the changing needs of the communities it serves. What began 20 years ago has grown into a health system connecting patients with a broad range of services designed to support their health and well-being.
Today, APHS provides primary care, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy and urgent care services throughout Cabarrus, Rowan and Mecklenburg counties.
Celebrating 20 Years of Community Impact
APHS’s 20th anniversary is more than a celebration of an organization. It is an opportunity to recognize the people, partnerships and communities that have helped shape its journey.
Over the past 20 years, dedicated employees, community partners and supporters have helped APHS continue its mission of connecting people with the care and resources they need. Through changing health care needs and an evolving community, the organization has remained focused on providing compassionate care and expanding access.

A Night to Remember
To mark this special occasion, APHS will host its 20th Anniversary Gala on Friday, September 25, from 6 to 10 p.m. at Ten Tenths Motor Club, 4900 Morehead Road in Concord.
The evening will bring together community partners, supporters, staff and other guests for a night dedicated to celebrating two decades of service.
Guests will enjoy live music, a silent auction, raffles and additional entertainment throughout the evening. Most importantly, the event will provide an opportunity to recognize the people and partnerships that have played an important role in APHS’s story.
Looking Toward the Next 20 Years
Anniversaries offer an opportunity to look back, but they also create a moment to look ahead.
As APHS celebrates 20 years, the organization is continuing into its next chapter under the AxcessPointe Health System name. This next chapter reflects the organization's ongoing commitment to connecting patients and communities with health care and resources throughout the region.
The needs of our communities will continue to evolve, and APHS remains committed to evolving alongside them. By expanding access, strengthening partnerships and continuing to put patients and communities at the center of its work, APHS looks forward to building on the foundation established over the past two decades.
