A New Name. The Same Mission

Formerly known as Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, AxcessPointe Health System represents our continued growth and commitment to expanding access to compassionate, comprehensive healthcare across Cabarrus, Rowan, and Mecklenburg counties.
