After years of serving patients and families throughout Cabarrus, Rowan, and Mecklenburg counties, Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers (CRCHC) is proud to announce its official rebrand to AxcessPointe Health System, marking an exciting milestone in the organization's continued growth and commitment to expanding access to high quality, affordable healthcare.
